Raspberry banana oat bread

 

Ingredients:

3 cups rolled oats,
1 baking powder
3 large ripe bananas
¼ cup maple syrup
1  vanilla
Raspberry jam (recipe )

 
 
 
 
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and prepare an  baking dish by lining it with a sheet of  parchment paper.

 Mix well the rolled oats and baking powder.
Add the mashed bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and mix until everything is well combined and a dough is formed.
Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking pan. Spoon chia jam over the surface,  Sprinkle with oats on top,
Bake for 30 minutes.
