Eat Clean:

 

Stuffed peppers with feta cheese

250 g bell peppers
120 g feta cheese
2 eggs
parsley
 Pepper
 
 
 
Mix the cheese with eggs, pepper and parsley.
Use a teaspoon to fill the peppers with the stuffing
Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven until the peppers are nicely colored and the cheese starts to melt.
